We took Braden and Kylee to see Dr. Shelton on Wednesday. This was Kylee's 1 yr and Braden's 3 yr check-up! Kylee is 19 lbs and 28 inches tall. Braden is 32 lbs and 37 inches tall. They are both getting so big! Kylee is so tiny, but she eats like a pig. That girl could eat all day if you let her. Looks like she is going to have a high metabolism! Kylee got two shots and blood work drawn. Poor girl wasn't too happy by the time we went for the blood work. Braden got one shot and he didnt care to see Kylee get hers too! All and all they did well. I was glad Jon was able to go with me.
Braden will have to go back in 6 months for the second series of his shot. Otherwise he won't see Dr. Shelton for a year. Dr was happy to hear that Braden was seeing a speech teacher. He thought that could really help him progress. We are anxious to see improvement all around!
Kylee will go back in 3 months for her 15 month check up.
We are getting ready for Braden's birthday party for this Sunday. We are having his party a week earlier because Jon works the next weekend. Then we leave for vacation. We are excited to see how much Braden & Kylee like the BIG present we got them. Hopefully the weather will hold up for the surprise. They will love the outdoor playhouse we got them!
